Visto il successo ottenuto dall’installazione, il Sistema Museo ha deciso di prorogare fino al 3 ottobre il periodo di apertura per dare la possibilità alle richieste pervenute di raccogliere gli ultimi frammenti rimasti.
Ricordiamo che la nuova installazione realizzata per la Giornata Mondiale contro la Desertificazione e la Siccità è interamente realizzata in terracotta. Essa ricrea un paesaggio arido nel quale lo spazio bianco, il grande cerchio anch’esso in ceramica, diviene simbolo di un luogo, evidenzia un vuoto, la mancanza di un albero.
L’opera nasce, oltre che per essere ammirata, per stimolare l’azione di prelevare un pezzo d’argilla da parte del visitatore che diviene così parte attiva dell’installazione. Pezzo dopo pezzo l’opera si ritrae verso il centro e con il contributo di 10 euro, si ha la possibilità di collezionare un oggetto che permette l’acquisto e la successiva messa a dimora di una quercia.
L’installazione Land Tree Project al momento dell’inaugurazione era di 6 mq. e si componeva di 282 elementi in ceramica numerati e firmati singolarmente sul retro. Ogni frammento è stato creato utilizzando argilla pura non filtrata denominata Galestro, molto resistente ai cambiamenti climatici, e viene consegnato con Certificato di Autenticità in apposito packaging creato per l’occasione.
All’uscita di questa newsletter sono rimasti solamente 27 pezzi.

Given the success of the installation, the Museum System has decided to extend the opening period until 3 of October to give the requests received the opportunity to collect the last remaining fragments.
We remind you that the new installation created for the World Day against Desertification and Drought is entirely made of earthenware. It recreates an arid landscape in which the white space, the large circle also in ceramic, becomes a symbol of a place, highlights a void, the lack of a tree.
The work was created, as well as to be admired, to stimulate the action of taking a piece of clay by the visitor who becomes an active part of the installation. Piece by piece, the work retracts towards the center and with the contribution of 10 euros, it is possible to collect an object that allows the purchase and subsequent planting of an oak.
The Land Tree Project installation at the time of the opening was 6 square meters and consisted of 282 individually numbered and signed ceramic elements on the back. Each fragment was created using pure unfiltered clay called Galestro, very resistant to climate change, and is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity in a special packaging created for the occasion.
At the release of this newsletter, only 27 pieces remained.
