Per Cantine Aperte, Franco Pacenti vi attende a Montalcino. E in estate, picnic nell’oliveto
Il 29 e 30 maggio è il weekend di Cantine Aperte. L’azienda Franco Pacenti vi aspetta per degustare i loro vini
In concomitanza con la ripresa delle visite in cantina, torna l’appuntamento con Cantine Aperte 2021 che tornerà di nuovo in scena anche a Montalcino. L’evento, organizzato dal Movimento Turismo del Vino, porterà gli enoturisti alla scoperta delle cantine italiane e dei loro vini, nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza in vigore. Anche Franco Pacenti, storica cantina di Montalcino, aderisce come sempre all’iniziativa, per un weekend all’insegna del buon vino.

“Dopo tanti mesi di stop, è bello tornare ad accogliere i nostri ospiti in cantina” dicono dall’azienda tra le più antiche di Montalcino, fondata negli anni ’60 e ancora oggi a conduzione familiare. In occasione di Cantine Aperte, l’azienda organizza un tour classico della cantina, con degustazione del Rosso di Montalcino e del Brunello di Montalcino abbinati a prodotti tipici toscani. In assaggio, anche le annate che hanno fatto tanto parlare di sé, come il Brunello 2016, presentato in occasione di Benvenuto Brunello OFF a marzo. “Replicare il successo dell’annata 2015 sembrava impossibile, ma la 2016 ha saputo difendersi bene. Ne siamo orgogliosi.” affermano Lorenzo, Lisa e Serena, terza generazione che oggi porta avanti la tradizione di famiglia.
Visita in cantina in estate? L’esperienza del picnic nell’oliveto
Ma le sorprese non finiscono qui. Durante l’estate, oltre alle classiche degustazioni, la cantina offre ai suoi ospiti la possibilità di optare per un picnic nell’oliveto. Un’esperienza total green, immersi nella natura, con lo splendido paesaggio della campagna toscana a fare da sfondo. Ai partecipanti sarà fornito un cestino di prodotti a KM 0 e stoviglie compostabili in abbinamento alla degustazione dei vini. Nel weekend dal 18 al 20 giugno, inoltre, la cantina aderirà al “Picnic più lungo d’Italia”, evento organizzato in partnership con il portale PICNIC CHIC. Un momento rilassante per corpo e mente, ma anche l’occasione per vivere una giornata all’aria aperta in compagnia del buon cibo e del buon vino.

In the occasion of the re-opening of the wineries’ tours, the event Cantine Aperte 2021 is coming back as well, also in Montalcino. The event, organised by the Movimento Turismo del Vino, will give to wine-tourists the chance to discover Italian wineries and their wines. Always respecting the safety measures currently in place. Franco Pacenti, the historical Montalcino’s winery, will also be participating to the event, as always. For a weekend in the name of good wine.
Cantine Aperte 2021, at Franco Pacenti there will be winetour and tastings.
“After all these months of stop, it is amazing to come back and host our customers in the winery” this is what they say from the winery, that is one of the earliest in Montalcino. It was founded in the ’60s and it is, still today, a family business. On the occasion of Cantine Aperte the winery will be organising a traditional wine-tour of the winery, with the tastings of Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino, paired with traditional Tuscan products. The tastings will also include some renowned vintages such as the Brunello 2016, which was presented last March at the event Benvenuto Brunello OFF. “It seemed almost impossible to replicate the success of the vintage 2015, but the 2016 has kept an high standard. We are very proud of it.” This is what Lorenzo, Lisa and Serena said, they represent the third generation which today is carrying on the family tradition.

But surprises do not end here. During the summer, along with traditional tastings, the winery offers an amazing opportunity for its guests: to have a picnic in the olive grove.This experience is totally sustainable, you will be immersed in nature, with the wonderful landscape of the Tuscan countryside as your background. A basket full of “KM0” products will be given to the guests along with compostable tableware, paired with the wine tasting.
During the weekend from June 18th to 20th , the winery will be also joining the event “Picnic più lungo d’Italia” organised in partnership with the website PICNIC CHIC. It will be a relaxing moment, both for the mind and the body, but also the right occasion to spend a day outdoors with great food and wine.
