Brief overview

The wines of I Clivi come from the region of Friuli between Collio Goriziano, and the sunny slopes east of the city of Udine. In the area, 12 hectares are dedicated to the certified organic vineyards, featuring grapes such as Ribolla, Verduzzo, Malvasia and Friulano, and Merlot as an International grape varietal. Vines range between 60 to 80 years old, falling into the two distinct D.O.C. denominations, Collio and Colli Orientalli del Friuli, both connected to the exclusive microclimate. The wines of the territory enjoy natural fermentation, maintaining the aromatic integrity and elegance through a careful maturation. Typical Geographical Indication is a Ribolla that wonderfully summarizes all the beauty of the territory.
