About Senator James C. Rosapepe
James C. Rosapepe, born in Rome, Italy, is the current Maryland State Senator. He was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 1986 and was appointed as U.S. Ambassador to Romania by President Clinton in 1998. Senator Rosapepe currently sits on the Education, Health and Environmental Affairs Committee and serves as a Deputy Majority Whip.
